BrightArch delivers two basic types of consulting services at client sites:

• Technical services (only Enterprise edition): This includes data quality assurance, software installation, data migrations, technical administration of the solution and possibly solution customization.
• Project management: This includes software configuration, reporting team participation, advising the project management team, and in some cases participation in project management team.

For all client cases, we will use the best available project managers and technical consultants. If there are not enough highly qualified personnel available, we will turn down projects to ensure that we only deliver the highest quality implementations.

If you or your company have highly qualified project management expertise, preferably within areas related to HR or change management, or if you have highly qualified technical data management expertise, please contact us to become a certified project management partner. We regularly certify future project members. This provides certified project partners a highly valuable competency while providing BrightArch with the capacity to serve a larger market.

We leave the strategy consulting and change management services to our consulting partners, which are also our main sales channels. BrightArch is working with both large international consulting companies and smaller niche companies to offer better organizational transformation processes than has ever been done before.

We have a flexible view on business models and have only had good experiences in working together with other consulting companies. We only demand that any responsibilities we take on are coupled with the required project position authority to meet those responsibilities.
